His properties and brokerage organizations are responsible for over five hundred million dollars in sales volume. Through his Volusia Properties development and brokerage business he built and sold seven luxury oceanfront properties in the Daytona/Ponce Inlet area alone. Prior to the resort property business he was responsible for building nearly six hundred entry level homes in Central Florida. Jim is also a licensed Community Association Manager and set up over ten associations in the last twelve years.

Glen spent ten years managing a multi-million dollar sales organization. His team sold over 300 units in the Daytona Beach area.
