Allan (“Al”) J. Koch has been recognized by Time Magazine as a major developer of historic districts. Having served as the first Project Manager for and City Manager of Lake Buena Vista at Walt Disney World, Al’s extensive career shifted focus to building luxury homes in resort areas around the globe including Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Snowmass, CO, and Puerto Rico.

Together, they have assembled a team of professional architects, engineers and support staff who have consulted to develop a product which is the most luxurious in the marketplace.
